Shortly before I sat down to write this, the National Association of REALTORS® released their second quarter home sales statistics. 129 out of 155 areas reported lower median existing single-family home prices in comparison with the second quarter of 2008, though 26 areas had price gains.

I imagine, wherever you are, this news means that you will continue to scrutinize every business expense. Ensure that every penny you spend is a penny spent wisely. Yet, if you’re smart, you’ll also continue to market yourself.
