Our founder, Molly Castelazo, is a writer by trade – and by nature – it’s engrained in every fiber of her being.  She puts her passion to work for Castelazo Marketing Ltd. writing tips, news, how-to’s – everything real estate.  In fact, she’s been writing about real estate – in blogs, newsletters, websites, articles, and direct mail – for many years now.  She talks frequently with the top real estate minds in business and academia – and works for some of the most successful real estate agents around.

Staci D’Aguanno, Marketing Manager

Our Marketing Manager, Staci D’Aguanno, is the newest member of the Castelazo Marketing team. She is currently working as an apprentice with the firm’s president, Molly Castelazo, learning the in’s and out’s of the Castelazo Marketing way of doing business.

Staci brings to the company an extensive background in management. Having worked for non-profits most of her career, Staci says “I can market with even the smallest budget!” At Castelazo Marketing, Staci’s focus is on marketing strategy, copywriting, and website development.

Christene Honomichl, Marketing Specialist

Our Marketing Specialist, Christene Honomichl, has been a part of the Castelazo Marketing team since the beginning. Christene is known for always going the extra mile for our clients; she believes in building a personal/business relationship with each and every one of you.

Christene’s work focus has been on online marketing and social media engagement. She coordinates online outreach for Castelazo Marketing’s real estate clients, posting blogs, links, and comments across the web. Christene can market just about anything or anyone, and she loves to take on a challenge.
