 1. General Terms and Conditions

  • Any copying, republication or redistribution of any content purchased from Castelazo Marketing Ltd. through www.cmrealestatemarketing.com, including by caching, framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of the copyright owner (Castelazo Marketing Ltd.).
  • Your purchase or use of our products and/or services implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. License Agreement

Castelazo Marketing Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the newsletter, website, direct mail and blog templates purchased from www.cmrealestatemarketing.com in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
  • Authorized Use of Newsletter Templates, Website Templates, Direct Mail Templates and Blog Templates: You are authorized to distribute the newsletter, website, direct mail and blog templates you purchase as part of your self-marketing activities as a real estate agent. You may not place any of our templates, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in any other way, for any other purpose without prior written consent from Castelazo Marketing Ltd.
  • Authorized Use of E-books, Articles and Other Content: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in any other way, for any other purpose without prior written consent from Castelazo Marketing Ltd.
  • Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Castelazo Marketing Ltd.
  • Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
  • Liability: Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Castelazo Marketing Ltd. be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

3. PayPal Purchases

Your purchase of our product(s) via PayPal implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

4. Use of www.cmrealestatemarketing.com

Castelazo Marketing Ltd. operates a marketplace for products and services that allow anyone to buy products and services available for purchase (the “Marketplace”). 5. Subscriptions and Recurring Fees

If you purchase a monthly newsletter subscription it will automatically renew on the same day of each month. We’ll continue to bill you via whatever payment method you choose when you initially purchase the subscription. Your subscription can be cancelled by e-mailing molly@cmrealestatemarketing.com at least two weeks before your newsletter is scheduled to be sent.
